REPORTING SYSTEMS
VAERS: This is the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), the official site of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). It has been historically under-used, but it is still very important to report here. FILE A REPORT WITH VAERS.
VAXXTRACKER: This is a new non-governmental reporting system.
