Now that Health Freedom Day 2026 was successfully carried out in Olympia, everyone should focus effort on two things through February:

Followup with your legislators. Ask if they’ve at least scanned the book Vaccines and the Diseases they Target, delivered to them by ICWA. Ask them to dig into the bills we track and ask if they support informed consent and individual rights to refuse.
Stay active registering PRO/CON and commenting on the bills ICWA Supports and Opposes. You can do something every day. Get a rhythm every week. Subscribe to and read our Weekly News for frequent legislative updates.

Thursday, January 15, 2026 was Health Freedom Day in Olympia

ICWA, Dr. Anik St-Martin, Bill Sullivan (TAPWA), and many legislators spoke in support of informed consent in state laws, and delivered a vaccine fact book all 147 legislators, Governor Ferguson, AG Nick Brown and OSPIs Chris Reykdal.

We showed up strong at ChiroFEST in September 2025.

ICWA co-hosted an information table in Vancouver, USA, at ChiroFEST—the premier U.S. gathering of chiropractic leaders dedicated to teaching, collaboration, and inspiration. Our volunteers engaged in earnest with practitioners and clinical teams, and we were honored to have Dr. Paul Thomas signing books at our table.

July 19 Covington Days Parade

Informed Choice Washington and the Washington chapter of Children’s Health Defense marched in the Covington Days Parade on Saturday, July 19! The effort is led by the South Puget Sound group. It wasn’t just a parade – it was an energizing, high-visibility opportunity that engage hundreds of new people with our message of informed medical choice. With a MAHA tailwind, volunteers handed out flyers and ‘healthy’ candy.
