Informed Choice WA sent an electronic and printed version of the below letter to Dr. Jenkins at the University of Washington on June 3, 2019. We have been assured the letter/email arrived and were received by Dr. Jenkins, but we have not yet had a response despite several follow-up phone calls and emails.
Next steps are being taken so that this matter can be given proper attention and addressed prior to the beginning of the school year.
