Examples of our recent and ongoing work:
- Brought in Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Del Bigtree to testify before the legislature in 2019 at the time of the “measles scare” that prompted HB1638, which removed the philosophical exemption from the MMR. Fortunately, we staved off enactment of the even more egregious SB5841, which would have eliminated philosophical exemptions from all “required” childhood vaccines.
- During summer 2021, when desperate people were contacting us for advice on coerced masking and shots for students and employees, we called around and found the rare helpful attorneys statewide to list on our Covid Mandates Help page along with invaluable self-help resources that provided relief and a course of action for hundreds of Washingtonians.
- Helped over 100 families so far assert exemptions for their children through our free Risk-Benefit Class and Practitioner Referral service.
- Collaborated with Pacific Justice Institute and other attorneys to jointly oppose Inslee’s state worker Covid shot mandate.
- Drafted and gained legislator sponsors for many bills in Olympia, most recently HB 1610 and companion SB 5596 Restoring Trust in Public Health
- Monitor regulations, legislation, and provide a bill watchlist and legislator scorecard which provide a wealth of actionable information for citizens.
- Testify before and watchdog public health agencies and provide weekly reports in our Substack News & Views, the only publication that keeps you abreast of Washington State litigation and public health agencies’ machinations.
- Sponsored this peer-reviewed study in Science, Public Health Policy and the Law last month: “Evaluating Data Integrity and Reporting Challenges in Public Health: Lessons from COVID-19 Data Collection in Washington State”
- Take to the airwaves live each Friday on KKNW Seattle and podcast to Informed Life Radio. Past guests include Drs. Andrew Wakefield, Peter McCullough, and Pierre Kory.
- Exhibit tables at conferences, such as Fitness Expo, ChiroFEST, and One Washington events to educate and connect with more members.
- Helped Truth & Accountability Project present Pandemic Response Harms 2.0 in Wenatchee Convention Center, featuring Drs. Kelly Victory and Mary Talley Bowden.
- Partnered with Silent Majority Foundation et al. to join as an intervening plaintiff in ICYC v. Washington to defend the Parents Bill of Rights passed into law by the legislature.
- Provided financial support to Children’s Health Defense Washington chapter’s Vaxxed/Unvaxxed bus events in Olympia, Seattle, and Spokane in April.

- Provide an open and honest listing of holistic treatment options that are recommended by various doctors on a sister-site Healthy Immunity Now.
- Drew national media attention when we discovered and reported that Washington Vaccine Association willfully violated state statute when it funded RSV monoclonal antibody shots for infants last year even though those products lay outside its lawful authority at that time.
We utilize donations extremely prudently. We have no physical office, are nearly all volunteer-run, and rely ~99% on individual donations. Many of the endeavors above require money in addition to volunteers. Your financial support ensures ICWA can continue its efforts.
