Thanks to those who attended the Rally and delivered Silver Booklets to all 147 legislators.
2026 Health Freedom Day – Letter to Legislators from ICWA

ICWA was at the State Capitol to let legislators know that we remain passionate about informed consent and we reminded all legislators that Washington policies cannot ignore the fact vaccines have not been adequately tested.
- Keynote speakers:
- Dr. Anik St-Martin, DC, of Longview, regular community vaccine lecturer and inspiring large event speaker
- Bill Sullivan, former Chelan Douglas Health District board member, fired from his Captain rank in the U.S. Navy, and co-founder of Truth & Accountability Project Washington
- Legislators who spoke:
- Representative John Ley
- Representative Cyndy Jacobson
- Representative Jim Walsh
- Senator Jeff Wilson
- Representative Matt Marshall
- Meetings were held with many senators and reps before and after the rally. We gained admissions of support for informed consent from Sen. Mike Chapman and Sen. Adrian Cortes.
- The Silver Booklet was delivered to all legislators, Gov. Ferguson, AG Nick Brown and OSPI Chris Reykdal. The majority to all 147 legislators had the books delivered personally by the awesome folks who attended the rally.
- Many great new introductions were made among supporters of health freedom.
The rally went from noon to about 1:15 on the north steps of the Legislative Building.
Follow Up Actions!
Call/email your legislator to:
- Key vaccine-related bills to track. You might actually enjoy watching the majority party, with their insane love affair with public health overreach, squirm out from under the CDC and ACIP policies they’ve always deferred to:
- SB 5967 / HB 2242 – Preserving access to preventive services by clarifying state authority and definitions. This is a bill to RFK-proof the state. Show up to witness, express your skepticism and ask them how they’re going to fund vaccine injury if they recommend a shot that the CDC doesn’t. See ICWA’s summary of the bill on our Watchlist.
- HB 2122 Requiring hospitals to offer flu shots to all admissions over 65 years and with certain condtions.
- Please consider attending a Family Policy Institute of Washington (FPIW) Prayer tour. This is a wonderful way to see exclusive corners of the Campus (e.g., the Treasury safe) while praying for a change of heart. Meet before 9 am at the Temple of Justice to join other churches who have already scheduled.
