Health Freedom Day in Olympia: Impact and Engage

HF Day Letter from ICWA

Thursday January 15, 2026, at the Capitol in Olympia

Join ICWA at the State Capitol to let legislators know that we remain passionate about informed consent and to remind legislators that we’re waiting for pandemic accountability.

  • Keynote speakers:
    • Dr. Anik St-Martin, DC, of Longview, regular community vaccine lecturer and inspiring large event speaker
    • Bill Sullivan, former Chelan Douglas Health District board member, fired from his Captain rank in the U.S. Navy, and co-founder of Truth & Accountability Project Washington
  • Legislators confirmed to speak: Representatives Jim Walsh and John Ley
  • Schedule meetings now with your district senators and reps before and after the rally; look them up here
  • Help deliver Physicians for Informed Consent Silver Booklet to all 147 legislators
  • Meet like-minded parents and advocates

The rally starts at noon on the north steps of the Legislative Building – the main domed building.

Reminders and Other Considerations for the Day

  • Parking / Visiting the Capitol Campus: Pay and park in one of the many public parking options shown on the Campus Map. If you’re early, spots on the diagonals may be open. From the farther lots, plan to walk 5-10 minutes to reach the Legislative Building.
  • What to bring:
    • Umbrella (do we have to remind?)
    • Warm clothes (forecast high of 47 deg.)
    • What about Signs? ICWA will bring some simple signs from past events. You can bring your tasteful sign as well, but are completely optional. Signs are not allowed in buildings. That’s why we have big beautiful buttons for our advocates.
  • Also on Jan. 15 – Senate Health Committee Hearing at 8 am on SB 5967 Preserving access to preventive services by clarifying state authority and definitions. This is a bill to RFK-proof the state. Show up to witness, express your skepticism and ask them how they’re going to fund vaccine injury if they recommend a shot that the CDC doesn’t. See ICWA’s summary of the bill on our Watchlist.
  • Also on Jan. 15 – For a complete and full day in Olympia, ICWA has reserved the 9 am to noon Family Policy Institute of Washington (FPIW) Prayer tour. This is a wonderful way to see exclusive corners of the Campus (e.g., the Treasury safe) while praying for a change of heart. Meet before 9 am at the Temple of Justice.
  • Food: You might bring your own lunch/snacks. The cafe serves food from their busy location in the basement of the Legislative building. Light snacks and drinks will be available to fuel your meetings with legislators.
  • To complete your day of Health Freedom, organizers and any rally-goers who are still around are invited to McMenamins Spar Cafe starting at 5 pm to relax and compare notes.
