The complaint filed in Federal Court, Eastern Washington District, lists NBA hall-of-famer John Stockton as the lead plaintiff, along with many doctors, and Children’s Health Defense. Attorney General Bob Ferguson and Executive Director of the WMC Kyle Karinen are defendants, accused of suppressing the speech of medical professionals.
